Biography
I have experience working with youth and adults who are navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and other relational concerns. I am skilled in helping individuals and couples work through trauma and attachment wounds, substance use, and emotional dysregulation. I am also trained in supporting couples and people in non-traditional relationships who are looking for greater intimacy and connection.
Clinical Interests
My interests include couples therapy, affairs/infidelity, co-parenting, grief work, somatic/trauma work, and family of origin issues. It’s important to have a space to talk about the most intimate aspects of our lives in a way that is non-judgmental, safe, and compassionate. My hope is to help people of all identities (gender, sexual, and relational) to feel embraced as they are, while working to become the version of themselves they hope to be.
Clinical Approach
I like to work collaboratively with my clients and I appreciate a person centered approach, where the client is the expert in their life. I understand and appreciate the variety of concerns people are faced with and I look forward to walking beside clients as they identify their inner resources to work through complex issues.
Hobbies
I enjoy being outdoors and in nature. I like to hike, bike, camp, take care of my plants and garden, and travel. I also love staying connected to my close family and friends.
