Biography

Rebecca wants to have a genuine connection with you along your healing and growing journey. She believes you are the expert of your life and will tailor therapy to meet your individual needs while being a source of support for you along the way. Rebecca is not afraid to “go there” with you and figure out what’s really going on and what may be the root causes of the issues or concerns at hand. Rebecca will meet you where you are at, be one of your biggest cheerleaders but also support you in stepping outside of your comfort zone so you can achieve your goals.

Clinical Interests

Rebecca’s natural ability to connect with individuals of all ages, various backgrounds, socioeconomic statuses, family formations, sexualities, genders, and differing abilities is what makes her not only a well-rounded person but an effective clinician. Rebecca has special training in working with parents who need support, couples who are disconnected and can’t seem to communicate anymore and with kiddos who struggle sorting out all of the big emotions.

Clinical Approach

Rebecca is one to jump in and start doing the hard work with her clients. She looks at the systems (community, family, environment, etc.) in an effort to really understand her clients and how their surroundings impact them and have shaped the issue at hand. Rebecca is very collaborative in her approach yet, is not afraid to invite you to exploring alternative solutions that you may not have considered.
