Biography
You deserve to take time to care for yourself, and I hope to support you in that process. Whether you’re experiencing anxiety, processing grief and trauma, navigating complicated family dynamics, or just searching for support in life, I understand that it’s a courageous and challenging act of self-love for your mind and soul to start therapy. You know your story best, and I hope to hear more about what makes you unique
As a recovering people-pleaser myself, I am passionate about supporting you in unlearning behaviors, patterns, and narratives that have kept you stuck and limited your joy. Those seeking to live for themselves while making a conscious effort to process emotions and trauma will find my approach refreshing and validating.
Clinical Interests
I particularly enjoy guiding adult clients through anxiety, grief, trauma, self-esteem & body image concerns, and navigating codependency & complicated family dynamics.
Clinical Approach
I encourage you to show up to therapy as you are, and I will do the same. In a session with me, you can expect warm validation, holding accountability, and the space to learn more about yourself. Therapy is about working together through open, honest conversation and connecting over our shared experiences and interests. I will always aim to bring compassion, humor, and calm to our time together, making the space as inviting as possible for you. Things will move at your pace and on your timeline.
Hobbies
I spend most of my free time drinking coffee, reading, catching up on a show, and listening to a carefully curated playlist that matches my mood. I love dogs, and my Basset Hound mix likes to make appearances from time to time in sessions!
