Clinical Interests
Clinical Approach
My approach is person-centered (it’s all about you!) and strength-based (we focus on your wins, not just your struggles). I pull from a mix of approaches including but not limited to narrative therapy, CBT, attachment, etc. Everything is grounded in a culturally sensitive framework, ensuring your truth is seen and affirmed. Your cultural context isn’t extra; it’s essential!
Hobbies
Outside of my professional life, I enjoy getting in touch with my creative side by going on Canva and crafting digital scrapbooks. I am also a huge foodie! I enjoy exploring and learning about different cultures through food. Aside from eating various foods, I also enjoy cooking them! My favorite dish I’ve made so far is a Thai dish called “massaman curry”.
