Biography

I’m someone who listens deeply and shows up without judgment. People say they like working with me because I’m honest, calm, and make them feel safe to be themselves. One thing I believe strongly is that therapy isn’t about fixing yourself or becoming perfect. It’s about learning how to live with all the messy, confusing parts of life and still find ways to move forward. If you’re tired of the “quick fix” approach or feeling like you have to have it all together, therapy with me is a place where you can be real, take your time, and figure things out one step at a time.

Clinical Interests

I work with children, teens, young adults, and adults who are dealing with stress, anxiety, burnout, relationship issues, or life transitions. That could mean starting or ending a relationship, switching careers, navigating school or college, or simply feeling stuck or overwhelmed. I also support people who are questioning their identity or trying to rebuild self-confidence.

I also have a strong background working with athletes. I help student athletes, competitive athletes, and former athletes manage the pressure to perform, find balance, and figure out who they are outside of their sport.
My experience includes helping people with emotional regulation, trauma, identity, stress, and life transitions. No matter what you’re dealing with, we will work together to find a way through it.

Clinical Approach

Therapy with me is a partnership. We will explore your thoughts and feelings together, working through challenges with honest and open conversation. I am here to support you and help you find clarity, but you are the one who decides what steps to take and when.

We will talk about the things that are hard, whether that’s conflict in your relationships, stress at work or school, family pressure, or big emotions that feel hard to manage. I’ll help you build tools to handle stress, make decisions with more clarity, and feel more confident in yourself.

I use practical approaches that focus on your strengths and your story. I bring in techniques that help us look at how your experiences shape how you think, feel, and act. I also make sure our work reflects your values, culture, and what matters most to you.

Hobbies

Outside of work, I love spending time outdoors, especially hiking in national parks with my family and snowboarding during the winter. I enjoy exploring new places and trying new restaurants. I also really enjoy relaxing with friends, whether it’s around a bonfire, watching shows together, or spending time at the lake.
