I have a genuine passion and dedication to improve the well-being of all individuals. I work to create a supportive environment that fosters trust and empowers people to explore and express themselves freely.

I strive to provide you with an environment that is and feels safe enough for you to to express yourself freely.
Many of the people I work with struggle with anxiety and depression and in that work, I offer support that is realistic and practical. I often work with those experiencing family conflict, relationship issues, school and work challenges, LGBTQ+ individuals, and those going through life transitions. Although it may not feel like it at times, you are the expert on your life, and together we will collaborate on what will work best for you and your needs.
Hobbies
When I have free time, I like to play around in the kitchen and try out new recipes. I also really love being outdoors or just enjoying nature. Traveling is a big thing for me too; exploring new places and trying new foods. Spending time with my family and friends are important to me too.
