Biography

I approach therapy with warmth and curiosity, creating a space where you can be yourself and feel truly heard. Whether you’re navigating a big life change, processing past experiences, or needing a place to pause and reflect, my focus is on supporting you in finding clarity and building practical tools you can carry into everyday life. Healing can be challenging, but it doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.

Clinical Interests

I enjoy working with young adults and individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, self-worth, and relationship challenges. I’m especially drawn to supporting clients through those “in-between” seasons of life when things feel uncertain, overwhelming, or confusing.

Clinical Approach

I take a collaborative, client-centered approach, blending evidence-based strategies with empathy, honesty, and flexibility. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel can explore their experiences, develop practical tools, and make meaningful changes- without feeling pressured or judged. I also believe that small moments of lightness can make the process feel more human and approachable.

Hobbies

In my free time, I enjoy spending quality moments with family and friends. I love traveling and am always planning my next trip. I’m passionate about pop culture- yes, I’m a proud Swiftie- and enjoy watching reality TV and the latest rom-coms. I also love reading, alternating between self-help and fiction. Additionally, I cherish going on walks with my dog and partner.
