We’re all in this together!

Find community in one of Peak’s groups!

At Peak Behavioral Health, our mental health support groups provide a safe, inclusive space for individuals to heal and grow. Grounded in evidence-based practices, we intentionally examine how these methods align with or fall short for LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, and BIPOC communities. Our groups are designed through a multicultural lens, fostering open dialogue and reflection to address systemic oppression and create healing spaces that are culturally responsive and trauma-informed. We are committed to continuously evaluating and adapting our approaches to ensure they meet the unique needs of all participants, helping them build resilience and well-being.

Autism Support Group

In this group you will learn useful life skills such as stress management, creative thinking, and decision making. These transition years can come with many different challenges, and we can help support you through experiences such as new or changing relationships, employment and school decisions, social connections, and more.

While transitioning from adolescents to young adults there are also many services available to you that you may be interested in further exploring such as finding housing, employment support, and recreational services in your community. We can support you through and refer you to sources that will be helpful to you during this transitional period.

SHEhlub: Hmong Women Support Group

Sib hlub: Hmong word meaning “love one another” or “love together.”

Shehlub: The pronunciation of “she hlub” is similar to “sib hlub,” but it is a term I made to emphasize “she” in reference to women-identified individuals. My intention behind “she hlub” is to symbolize the coming together of Hmong women, serving as a term of support and solidarity.
